  • Ordering at Gulabicity.com is easy. Just select your item & Quantity and “Add to Cart”.
  • Once all the items are added to cart, then you click 'Proceed to Checkout' on Cart Page.   
    A checkout form will be opened, you need to fill the email and shipping address and select the payment option.   
    For Online Payment, A Popup will be opened on the screen when clicking 'Place Order'. You can make the payment using Card/Netbanking/UPI and other options and purchase your beautiful products.
  • For International payment, you will have an alternate payment option of 'Checkout with PayPal' on Cart page.   
    If you select 'Checkout with Paypal', You will be redirected to PayPal website for making safe payment.   
    On the PayPal website, you will see two blocks. Top block is for people already having PayPal account. They can login and make payment using login id and password. Bottom block is for others who do not have PayPal account. You can enter in this block and fill all the details and make payment.
    Our system will get delivery address from PayPal.

Our System will automatically create your account on our website once you place order and it will send your account details on your registered Email with Order Confirmation Email.

We give option to charge in various currencies like: INR, GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD. AED and SEK. Customer may make payment according to their most suitable option to them.

No. We don't get card details as all the payment are made through Payment Gateway. These Payment Gateways are best for payment security, product guarantee, easy replacement service to each customer.

For India, We provide option to make payment using Payment Gateways like Razorpay, PayU and Cash on Delivery(COD). For International Payments, we also provide additional option of PayPal Payment Gateway. These Payment Gateways accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards.

It takes upto 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order. You can opt for either of the two modes for delivery - Economy Shipping or Express Shipping.

  • Express Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days.
  • Economy Shipping takes 7 to 21 business days

For Few countries, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any import duty/ taxes are charged by Custom Authority of your country, then it shall be paid by the you (recipient of the parcel). We have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country. However, no duty is applicable on the specified order value for the below list of countries.

Our Express shipping only attempts twice to deliver an order at an address provided by you. If you fail to receive an order, the shipping company puts it in their warehouse. The order is destroyed after 10-15 days as the nature of the shipment is International.

We do not refund for the same. It is customers responsibility to be physically present on either of the two times when the shipment arrives at the address.

If you missed buy your item you can contact us and enquire about the estimated time for the stock of the item and ask to inform you whenever it will is available.
