1. No Return Policy

We at GulabiCity.com, do not accept returns for any products. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and other details before making a purchase. 2. 7-Day Exchange Policy for Dresses

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for all dresses. If you are not satisfied with your dress, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the dress is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Also, we don't exchange due to slight color difference. 10-15% color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order. Also we don't exchange due to any other reasons like sudden change of mind after delivery of the order.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• The dress must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The dress should not have any signs of worn, alterations, or damage.
• Exchange of the dress is accepted only one time.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact us: Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp +91-905-702-5000 or email info@gulabicity.com, providing your order number and details of the exchange request.
• Provide Product Details: Share the details of the dress you wish to exchange and the replacement item and size you would like to receive.
• Exchange Return Shipping: We will guide you on the return shipping process. Please ensure the dress is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
• Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned dress, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria. Upon approval, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement dress to you.

4. Exchange Shipping Costs

• Domestic Exchanges: For exchanges within India, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Also, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement dress.
• International Exchanges: For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs. Also, customer is responsible for import custom fees, if any.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange:

• Accessories
• Jewellery
• Clearance sale items
• Customized or personalized dresses

6. Damaged and Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, torn, defective or wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for an exchange of the product. We require parcel opening video to confirm the same.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

• Customer can cancel the order any time before the order is dispatched. We usually take 1-3 days to dispatch the order.
• Order can be cancelled on ORDER DETAILS page by clicking “Cancel Order” option.
• To cancel the order, please mail us to info@gulabicity.com or WhatsApp us with correct order ID.
• For International orders, cancellation fees of 10% of order value is charged. While refund this 10% fees will be reduced from the refund amount. However, there is no charges if customer want to replace product.
• After the order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.
